The following Terms and Conditions are in accordance with the Laws of England. The registered office for the website is:

Payment can be made by PayPal. All payments must be in Pounds Sterling.
Delivery within the UK is charged on all orders as shown within these pages.
The delivery costs may vary dependent on promotional offers in place but the amount to be charged will be shown on the final total before the customer can proceed with the order.

In proceeding with the order it is deemed that the customer agrees with the quoted delivery costs. Delivery on Overseas orders is charged at cost.

We endeavour to carry stock of all our range but delivery times may vary depending on the goods involved and the time of year.

Should any item ordered not be available from stock every effort will be made to quote a realistic delivery time.

OE part numbers are used for reference purposed only.

Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Responsibility for Local Taxes and Duties on orders sent VAT free lay with you, the customer.

Secure Payment is via PayPal. PayPal details are encrypted and transferred in a secure encrypted gateway. We do not have access to your personal information. These details are NEVER retained once a transaction is complete.
Our prices are competitive, but if our competitors offer you goods at discount or Special Offer prices we may match the price, you can query this by using the ‘contact us’ form.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled, within 24 hours of ordering, by calling customer services on 01746 802003 // 07891 070938. A full refund will be granted (please allow ten working days for refund to appear).
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy in our terms and conditions.

Returns Policy

All items come with a 12 month guarantee.
We accept returns on faulty or damaged goods providing they have been damaged from reasonable use (we don not accept any labour charges). All refunds are made within three working days of receipt of the faulty goods (please allow ten working days for refunds to appear).

Collection of said item can be arranged by us, in this event carriage will not be refunded.

Returning an incorrect item due to customer negligence will incur a 10% handling charge and loss of carriage refund.

Postage will be charged on all goods returned for exchange. This does not affect your Statutory Rights. (It will be your responsibility to post)
If you are returning Faulty Goods, please return them in a clean condition, as we are unable to accept any soiled goods.
