Guarantee. All items come with a 12-month guarantee against faults under reasonable use. We do not cover labour or fitting charges.

Changed your mind? You can cancel your order and return unused, unfitted items within 14 days of delivery. Return postage is your responsibility. Custom-made items are excluded.

Faulty or damaged goods. Please return faulty items clean, as we can’t accept soiled goods. We can arrange collection, but carriage costs will not be refunded in that case.

Refunds. We process refunds within 3 working days of receiving the goods. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Incorrect orders. If you ordered the wrong item, returns incur a 10% handling charge and carriage is not refunded.

Exchanges. Postage is charged on all goods returned for exchange, and you are responsible for sending them back.
